SPIS-ATS was set up by Philip Agyei from Ghana in the Engineering and construction Industry after determining a need for a multi-disciplinary company that provides a hands-on approach to all of the clients’ project management and engineering needs. The idea is to provide the client with various options according to their specific project requirements, ranging from PMC (project management services), long- and short-term services, extra man power and ad hoc TSS (technical support services).
